Video project

• 3 students in one team. All will be given the same mark. Form your own team.
• Task: Film a 15 to 30 minute video on some topic related to the course. The topic has to be approved before 30 October 2011.
• The nature of the video should be more like a documentary, or a docudrama. It should explore in depth about some issue related to the course topics.
• Examples: animal farming in HK / China, factory food production, food technology, hunger and famine, ...
• You can use some video excerpts from other sources but they should be clearly indicated. At least half the footage should be your own.
• Post your video on youtube on or before 10pm 22 Dec 2011 and send the link to Joe Lau and your tutor.
