Portfolio assignment

• Use A4 size paper layout, times font, single line spacing, font size 10-12.
• Write 5 reports for any 5 lectures starting from week #3.
• Each report should focus on something you find interesting in the lecture. You should first summarize the point that was made, and then describe your reaction. For example, you might agree with it, disagree with it, or perhaps it made you think about some related topic which you think is important. What is crucial is that you explain your own thinking clearly and systematically, and provide arguments to support your own opinion. It should not simply be a description of your views. Analysis is needed.
• Each report should be 1 to 2 pages.
• If you reply on any sources you can cite them. Use any standard citation format.
• You should not copy from other people without explicit acknowledgement, e.g. using quotation marks and indicating the source.
• Submission: No printed copy. Upload a single file to http://www.turnitin.com before 8pm Wed 27 Apr 2011. The file will be checked for plagiarism. No cover page needed.
