Food and values - an infographics exhibition

CCHU9005 Food and Values (https://cchu9005.wordpress.com) is an undergraduate introductory course at the University of Hong Kong. It explores philosophical issues related to food in contemporary society, e.g. animal rights, the ethics of genetic engineering, fair trade, food and art, subjectivity of taste, etc. The following infographics posters are made by students in the course as part of their coursework. The course was taught by Dr Joe Lau. (December 2014)
