"Stultitiam" is the Latin for "foolishness".   Pascal is referring to the Vulgate (i.e. the Latin translation of the Bible made by St Jerome in 405 so that the Bible could be more widely read).  It remained in standard use in the Western Church until this century.  See I Corinthians I : 18, which reads: "For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God."  (The word "vulgate" is itself a Latin word meaning "made public, or common".)
