Quantitative
 



The word quantitative comes from the Latin "quantus ?" meaning "how much ?" The idea is that some things which we experience, or which we can know, are measurable.

Ask yourself, for example, what is meant by calling something "big" ......  Is it, or can it be made, a quantitative judgment ?
