Your writing submission should have the following parts:
* (A) 1 page: A value statement about three of your most important person values. Explain why they are important to you. For your most important value, come up with ONE example to show how it has affected your major decision in the past.
* (B) 4 pages: Pick one topic discussed in the course and write a condensed summary of the main issues ''in your own words''. No quotation, no need for citation.
* (C) 1 page: Discuss what you have found interesting about food and philosophy after studying this course. Explain whether you have changed your mind about any issue. It is fine if you think the course is boring or if you disagree with most of the conclusions. Write clearly about your reactions.
* (D) Write a 10-15 page paper on one of the following four questions. The topic should be different from the topic you have chosen for part (B). Indicate your sources clearly and use the APA citation format.
** What is the precautionary principle? Is it a good basis for making policy decisions? What are the main problems in its application?
** Should there be a fat tax?
** Do babies have the same moral status as animals?
** Should drugs be made legal in Hong Kong? Why or why not?

Format: A4, double line spacing, font size 10-12. Submit to turnitin.com.
